The München Brewery Event & Conference – A growing venue winter 2009/2010!
Four balconies and a large terrace facing Stadshuset and Riddarfjärden is being built and renovated during fall/winter 2009/2010. Besides the extensive renovation of our current rooms and halls we are also adding two new rooms, making it possible to host even more events. The new balcony in Strindbergsalongen will offer an extraordinary view of Stockholm City and the beautiful surrounding archipelago. In addition, we have broadened the terrace on the 7th floor by 2 meters, giving it a total area of almost 90 m2.
Boasting approximately 6000 m2, two renovated fully equipped kitchens and eleven conference & event rooms and halls, The München Brewery will be one of the primary event venues in Sweden and Europe, as it has capacity to host conferences with up to 2600 delegates at the same time.
The rooms & halls enjoy a brand new foyer, elevators, modern ventilation and the latest IT & technology resources. Beautiful brand new parquet floors have been laid in many of the rooms and in Mälarsalen we have mounted five gigantic crystal chandeliers in the ceiling.
Most of the rooms and halls will be fully renovated during autumn 2009, and a large official opening party is planned to take place in February/March 2010.
